Mobile phone is not luxury device nowadays. It is a necessity especially to the rural area where phone line is not available. A letter to request Digi to put-up a reception station nearby the Jalong Tinggi 'orang asal' zone recently. The letter was signed by all the 'batin' which was drafted by me. Digi has replied.
